What is Cabretta's Return Policy?
You can return the products, up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Please mail us at contact@thecabretta.com to initiate a return or an exchange mentioning your order number.\\
- Our courier partner will get in touch with you to arrange a collection for your return.
- The returned product should be in its original packaging, including all marketing material such as tags, warranty card (left blank), cloth bags, invoices and any other material received with the package.
- Once we receive the return shipment in our warehouse, an email confirming receipt of the package will be sent, and your request for returns/exchange would be processed.
Can I choose a different item in Exchange?
- You can exchange your item within 15 days and receive a replacement of the exact product or another product.
- If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid to us as Cash on Delivery (COD) or via Net Banking.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
How long would it take to receive a refund for a returned product?
After the refund has been initiated by us, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 -10 working days.
Can I Return/Exchange a product purchased online in a physical store?
A product purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
